We are the data controller for information collected through this site and through the automation work we build for you, unless otherwise agreed in a data processing agreement for a specific client project.
When you book a call, contact us, or send us a document to build against, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and any business information you choose to share. We do not use cookies that require consent under UK GDPR; where analytics are used, they are configured to avoid collecting personal data.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and run the calls and walkthrough described on this site, build and support the automation you've commissioned, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Where we host or process data on your behalf as part of a build (customer records, job details, documents), we act as a data processor and sign a data processing agreement with you before any work begins. Data is hosted in the UK or EU. You can request deletion or export of this data at any time.
Enquiry and contact data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, and no longer than [retention period] unless a contract is in place. Financial records are kept for the statutory period required by HMRC.
