These terms apply to work carried out by Automate.Tese, a trading division of Tiri.Tese Ltd (Company No. 16602529), for any client who books the walkthrough or commissions a build described on this site.
The 20-minute call and the working example are free and carry no obligation on either side. The walkthrough is £750, payable before the visit, and is yours to keep (a written plan) whether or not you go on to commission a build. If you proceed to a build within [X months] of the walkthrough, the £750 is deducted from the build price. Build prices are fixed and agreed in writing before work starts; the price will not change once agreed unless the scope changes and both parties agree the change in writing.
Builds are typically delivered in five to fifteen working days once scope is agreed, and live within a fortnight of the walkthrough. Timescales can move if access to your systems, documents, or decision-makers is delayed.
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with [X days'] notice. Cancelling a care plan does not remove your ownership of your data or process (see "Ownership" below).
Nothing we build sends communications or documents to your customers automatically without review by a person in your business, unless you explicitly instruct us in writing to remove that step and accept the associated risk.
You own your data and your business process entirely. The specific software workflow we build is licensed to you for use while you hold an active care plan. If you end the care plan, we will hand over full documentation and reasonable assistance to help you or another supplier take over.
We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance; certificates are available on request. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant build in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
