We build a duplicate-send check into every automation as standard, so a retry, a glitch, or a system hiccup can't fire the same message twice. Combined with the human review step, nothing goes out without one of your people signing it off, and nothing goes out more than once.
It will eventually, once something upstream changes. That's what the monthly plan is for. We're monitoring it, so usually we've spotted and fixed it before you noticed.
