← What we fix  /  Hours that add nothing

Somebody in your business is typing the same thing twice.

How it works

How it works now

The job gets done. The details go on a sheet, or in a WhatsApp, or in someone's head. Later, somebody types it into the system. Something's unclear, so they ring to check. The customer's document goes out four days after the work was done, by which point they've rung twice asking where it is. Somewhere there's a copy nobody can find when it's actually needed.

How it works after

The details get captured once, at the point the work happens, on a phone. They come out typed and checked against the rules. A branded document is produced and sits in a review queue. Somebody in your office looks at it, checks it, clicks send. The customer has it that afternoon, and a searchable copy is filed.

The person on the ground has their day changed by about eleven seconds. Everything downstream of them changes completely.

One named example

Meeting-to-action: turning a call into a task list.

If you spend your week on calls and meetings, this is usually the single biggest time saver on the list. A recorded call or meeting gets turned into a plain-English summary: what was decided, what needs doing, who owns it, and by when. That goes straight into your task tool, a Slack message, or a drafted email, whichever you actually use, reviewed by a person before anything is sent or assigned.

It's especially useful if your business runs on client calls and meetings, law firms and insurance brokers are two good examples, where the follow-up used to depend entirely on whoever remembered to write it down afterwards.

What it costs

Fixed price, agreed with you after the free walkthrough, plus a monthly care plan to keep it running and watched. Full tiers and what each one includes are on the pricing page.

The things you're about to ask

Mostly. Where it isn't sure, it flags it for a person rather than guessing. That's the point of the review step.

Good. Send us one and we'll build to it exactly, including required fields and validation.

Then don't make them. Most photograph the sheet they were already filling in and send it on WhatsApp. The change has to be smaller than the annoyance, or nobody does it.

Nothing leaves the building unchecked, so a mistake is a correction rather than an incident, and we're monitoring it, so usually we ring you before you noticed.

We're Cyber Essentials certified and we sign a data processing agreement before we touch anything. Ask and we'll send you both.

Yes, this is one of the most common jobs we build. A call recording becomes a plain-English summary with decisions, action items, owners and deadlines, sent to your task tool, Slack, or an email draft. A person in your business reviews it before anything is assigned or sent.

Send us one blank copy of your form.

We'll build a working version and send it back within 48 hours, free.
